Yantai Wanke Sales Gallery

The project was commissioned by Vanke, one of the most prodigious developers in China. Located in the beautiful Yantai mountainous area, the project is the prelude of a residential project, serving initially as a sales office. Geographically, there is a significant distance between the site and Yantai urban area, therefore, the developer commissioned SWS to design a stylish destination which embodies modern city features. The project will function as a sales office and later serve as a clubhouse for residents. Designers selected dark wood and grey stone as the main materials and irregular geometrics as the language. The metal hardware brings a touch of contemporary style into the spacious building.
