This project is a commercial office building but also includes public space planning and design. Unlike with most office building projects, the owners and designers wanted to create an advanced high-end office space that also actively explored the possibilities for using the space for non-office activities. In addition to providing space for offices, there is a desire to expand the use of the office buildings for leisure, conferences and social events, mirroring the multi-dimensional way that of modern society is developed.
