The homeowner wanted to create a luxurious vacation feeling as if living in Dubai, a place where visiting relatives and friends could gather happily. Therefore, the design plan threw the public area wide open, so that circulation in the living room and dining room was unimpeded. The FFE (furniture, fixtures ＆ equipment) was planned to foster a delicate and elegant ambience. Instead of using materials such as metal and marble, often used in luxurious mansions, the designer mostly chose natural materials and concise lines to display a sense of unparalleled luxury and emphasise the host’s impeccable taste.
