Panoramic Properties were instructed to undertake the full renovation of this magnificent Victorian property located beside North Berwick’s exclusive seafront. It was imperative that the original details, period features and beauty of the property were retained and brought back to their former glory, whilst introducing a cosy but contemporary design approach. Architectural features such as high ceilings and intricate plasterwork were refurbished, bespoke joinery provided practicality for modern-day living and a calming palette of neutrals added a level of sophistication. Incorporating accents of tartan and faux fur gave the luxurious yet homely feel so desired by the family, with the sympathetic nod to the local area.

It was essential to maximise the breath-taking views that the property was surrounded by. To frame the iconic landscape in the area, Panoramic introduced windows and balconies giving emphasis on the views; The Law Formation, Bass Rock, Scottish Sea Bird Centre and Bay.
