A residential house, located in the the luxurious area in the centre of Riyadh, Alsolaymaneya. On a total plot area of about 2000 m2, total built up area of 3412 m2. Presenting new classical and contemporary style interiors, the full interior design scope of works from conceptual design, development phase, working drawings package, site and construction supervision, workshops and production follow up was carried out by Archiform.

The client was attending bi-weekly coordination meetings with Archiform to conclude the final design which took almost 6 months to reach the final package – in parallel – whatever was approved, Archiform produced the site works documents and working drawings for the same and was working on site construction in parallel to the design process taking place – which was a back to back hectic and tight program.
