Allison Pidgeon Interiors were asked to provide an ultra-contemporary but comfortable design to fully furnish a three bedroom show house at Hamilton Mews, a new-build development located close to Watford town centre. There is excellent spatial flow throughout which, despite dark feature walls, feels bright, airy and reflects how modern buyers will use the space. The uniquely tailored design is a fusion of blacks, charcoals and golds, punctuated with highlights of brick orange and ochre yellows in a cohesive flow of colour. Bespoke headboards, window treatments and scatter cushions create a comfortable interior, juxtaposed with ultra-contemporary and affordable furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories. Each room has a distinctive ‘wow’ factor with unexpected, playful touches to appeal to potential buyers. The innovative design showcases the specification and adds an aspirational quality to the development which will appeal to buyers and enhance the brand’s impression.
