Life Flow Dancing in the Void

Our project was to transform an ordinary apartament into a quiet luxury retreat. The project is articulated in 200 sqm, located in the heart of Rome, in a historical building in front of the US Embassy gardens. The apartment is a rented house, so we had budget limits and above all we could not make substantial planimetric changes,

Mirandolina di pietrantonio architects shared the client’s vision to make a place of retreat with an extraordinary feeling of calmness, serenity and luxury; a place with soul. The apartment is conceived as a yoga path, which allows us to find the union of body, mind and soul. We have proposed sceneries with calm and rarefied atmosphere. The space is treated as a sacred space, according to the Golden Section: proportioning the architectural space following this ancient rule helps to feel the harmony.
