EisnerAmper New York Headquarters

EisnerAmper was transforming their business model from a more traditional accounting firm to a nimbler, more specialized consulting agency, and they wanted a new model for their workplace that could change and grow along with them. A key part of this transformation was their decision to transition to a completely unassigned office: all workspaces in their five-floor, 125,000 SF headquarters, including a 3,200 SF landscaped terrace, would be agile and available to all through a mobile reservations app. Utilizing app-coordinated seating allowed them to provide a movable and eminently scalable workspace where choice is king. The space is uniquely designed, and encourages movement, while using biophilic principals to encourage and promote both wellness and productivity.

This is a bold and forward-thinking design, allowing not just for employee growth and safety, but truly creating an environment where people want to come into the office, to work, to grow, with purpose.
