Private Villa Dubai

Situated within the sought-after area of Emirates Hills in Dubai, XBD Collective were approached by the client and asked to transform their Villa into a striking residence. The vision and requirements were to create a U-shaped structure with indoor- outdoor living experiences. Organized in two levels, the layout of the Villa comprises of different multi-purpose spaces to support functionality.

The project had a generous budget to work with, however XBD Collective were still conscious to make the appropriate allocations for cost and meticulously chose the best selection of artwork and accessories that complimented the overall design scheme.

Throughout the entire home the selected furniture pieces are either custom made or have been purchased locally which only adds to the exclusivity of the design. None of the existing furniture from the client’s previous home was kept, as they wanted to create a residence that was fresh in aesthetic and ambience.
