Surrey Private Residence

A late Victorian property renovation done in a colourful and warm style with antiques and modern furniture items. New rooms were added, like the conservatory; the kitchen and living area were opened up; and the use of rooms was changed. Prior to the renovation, it was empty for three years, which meant that damp and other issues where left unattended.

The clients wanted to use the existing floor plan, with some changes to door openings and a new kitchen and bathrooms. The furniture was a mix of items the client brought from previous homes and supplied by Ana Engelhorn Interior Design.

Despite the renovation taking place during the first Covid-19 lockdown, the clients were able to move in on time and were delighted with the final result.
