LIV Residence Penthouse Apartment

MWM Studio had the privilege of working with LIV Real Estate Developments on a unique residential project set in the heart of Dubai Marina. LIV Residence showcases a striking tower, distinguished by its spacious terraces, open-plan layouts, clean lines, and full height glazing, designed to maximize stunning vistas of the marina and sea views.

After working with the developer on the interior architecture of all apartments and public spaces, MWM was asked to design, furnish and stage this amazing show penthouse to market the residential tower.

With a conservative budget to furnish and style the 470 sq m penthouse comprising of 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, laundry room, staff quarters, kitchen, 2 living rooms, and a dining room, as well as 9 outdoor terraces, was rather challenging. However, the talented MWM team managed to pull off a very successful show apartment which they were happy to add to their ever-growing portfolio.
