Helaba now has a retreat-style destination that is wildly different from its previous siloed office. Challenging Helaba’s thinking throughout the process, Peldon Rose presented a bold alternative to their way of working with a space that pushes the boundaries of design. As well as putting people at the front and centre, it introduces an agile working style that connects teams in just 50% of the previous floorplate. Combining form and function, it is a space the is equipped to take on the evolving world of work.
