Angel Main Bathroom

Studio Modha were commissioned to refurb a dated bathroom, into a vibrant space, in keeping with the characteristics of the property.

The main bathroom would be used by everyone and so had to be practical, easy to maintain, simple and fresh, as there was no natural light. When the demolition of the space took place, the team discovered the soil pipe was at an angle and couldn’t be moved. A smaller bath tub had to be used and the additional space at the front was used for storage, using walnut shelves to add warmth. Two water tanks were removed and also replaced with shelves for extra storage.

Studio Modha kept the scheme fun through patterned floor tiles and large large tiles, to make the space feel open. Not only did the client have a fun scheme, he gained more storage space than he thought he ever would!
