The GSK Sales office is an agile work environment with a wide range of work settings to accommodate multiple modes of working. A key component is the Consumer Innovation Center where GSK engages clients in real time consumer insight assessments and develops innovative solutions with significantly reduced cycle times.
The Consumer Innovation Center includes different collaborative environments. The largest, the ‘Spark’ Ideation room, includes a 2.1×4.6m interactive touch screen where digital consumer product displays are prototyped and evaluated. This space is multi-functional with flexible furniture enabling different settings from classroom style, town hall meetings, brainstorming sessions, and physical product displays. The eCommerce and Digital Innovation Room incorporates multiple display screens to analyze and compare data inputs to understand consumer insight in real time and create new digital strategies to meet changing consumer demands and habits. The furniture is more casual encouraging an open and informal dialogue to generate new strategies.
