ISTO Architecture and Design Studio, originating from Ukraine, has crafted a private villa in Dubai spanning an area of 1,657 sq. m. on Pearl Jumeira Island.

The client has a passionate love for the tropics and lagoons. It was vital for him to get a non-classical, open and bright space filled with art installations but not overloaded with them. He also requested a tropical atmosphere, glossy and coloured accents, metal and natural rough-cut stone, curved and organic shapes, and well-designed interior landscaping. ISTO studio harmoniously combined all wishes in interior solutions.
