Argentinian restaurant group, Gaucho, expanded its empire with a Grade II listed site on Liverpool’s historic Water Street. The restaurant has had a compelling interior design implemented, influenced by the grandeur of the heritage architecture; drawing parallels to South America’s colonial style buildings. With an opulent lounge, dining area, intimate PDR spaces and a dynamic beef counter, a glowing island bar takes center stage with space on top for performance acts. The created ambience draws inspiration from the passion-fuelled tango clubs that bring the streets alive at night in Buenos Aires, evoking an urban reflection of the Gaucho DNA.
