Hiscox’s new London office at 22 Bishopsgate is a beautiful, art-led, sculptural space. It delivers innovation through leading edge design approaches, creating a physical expression of Hiscox’s culture, energy and ambition, while prioritising sustainability and enhanced employee wellbeing.

Oliver Marlow led the team on this vision, curating a collective of designers alongside an internal Creative Board. With this co-created approach the project was able to integrate people, planet, art, work and service into a seamless whole through experience design strategies.

The wider project team included Ciszak Dalmas Ferrari, Studio ZNA, Workform and WildeTriceBugg.
