A collaboration with an Anthropologist to deeply understand how employees worked independently and collaboratively lead to the design of a three-storey, 55,000 sqft office optimized for the well-being and efficiency of 400+ neurodiverse staff. The tech office incorporated a wide variety of spaces to promote focus work, collaboration, and relaxation expressed through strong use of colour, texture, and materiality. Different amenities on multiple floors connected through a feature staircase encouraged employees to travel between the levels to access amenities like a yoga room, a speakeasy, cafeterias, and private acoustic pods.
