Essentially, it is the first-ever glass AGA and has a striking, unified aesthetic. The cooker offers a highly efficient hotplate – incorporating a four-zone induction hob – alongside the more traditional AGA cast-iron cooking plate. Alongside a fan oven, ERA also has two cast-iron heat-storage ovens which cook using gentle, kind-to-food radiant heat. The ovens are fully programmable via a remote handset, ensuring energy is not used unnecessarily
