Stevns Klint Experience
Rødvig Stevns, Denmark
Utrecht, Netherlands
All project descriptions are provided by SBID Awards entrants.
The Danish Stevns Klint area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best places to see traces of the asteroid that caused a mass extinction 66 million years ago. Tinker imagineers developed an exhibition about the extinction, its effects, and the scientific discovery of the traces left by the asteroid. The Stevns Klint Hall provides an immersive film partly projected on a huge cut-out of the cliff. In the World Heritage Hall, the whole story is told chronologically. In there, the visitor is led through time and space and discovers how life on Earth recovered and evolved.
