All project descriptions are provided by SBID Awards entrants.
Daniel Joseph Chenin was commissioned to design architecture and interior architecture, including sourcing and procurement of furnishings and for the project titled Palladio. This luxurious 20,000 square-foot residence in Las Vegas draws inspiration from historic Italian villas. The H-shaped layout creates distinct wings for private retreats and guest accommodations. A central gallery showcases a collection of Hudson River School paintings and facilitates large family gatherings. Integrating seamlessly into the adjacent hillside, the design utilizes locally sourced materials and native plant species. Interior highlights include Lobmeyr chandeliers, custom-designed furniture, and an entertainment lounge offering panoramic views and a full-service bar.
