Since joining the Swarovski family business, Nadja has overseen the brand’s successful repositioning within the fashion, jewellery, design, film and art industries.
Her innovative approach has led to partnerships with institutes, museums and organisations and collaborations with some of the most exciting established and emerging designers. As a committed philanthropist, she took over Swarovski’s corporate responsibility in 2012 and subsequently launched the Swarovski Foundation.
Nadja was recently made a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters at the Cercle de l’Union Interalliée in Paris.
