To celebrate the 100th birthday of the landmark White Elephant Nantucket hotel, owner White Elephant Resorts engaged Elkus Manfredi Architects to transform the iconic resort property with a top-to-bottom re-imagining inspired by the storied history, character, and rugged beauty of its island home. Re-opened in 2023, the 54-key luxury hotel and its 11 cottages immerse guests in Nantucket’s gracious and unique culture with a luxurious, contemporary design that is grounded in the island’s deep connection to its landscape and history.
