Transforming Alfred Hitchcock’s iconic filming studios into the new headquarters of The Optimum Health Clinic was an exciting challenge. In just two months and for under £30,000, the design team created a wellbeing-focused office. The clinic, led by Alex Howard and specializing in fatigue-related conditions, expanded rapidly during the pandemic. The new headquarters at Gainsborough Studios features industrial materials inspired by the site's heritage, a multifunctional office and a unique filming studio. The design prioritizes a sense of wellbeing, incorporating natural elements, acoustic solutions, and soothing views of Regent's Canal. The result delighted the client and staff alike.
