Kia Designs was tasked with creating a 7000 sq/ft luxury Hampstead home for a family with evolving needs and tastes. Innovation permeated the design, seen in art integration and redefined spaces like the multifunctional playroom and the new kitchen with its emblematic cantilevered island. Minimalist living guided the clean lines and restrained palette, emphasising flow and connectivity. Functionality and usability were prioritised with integrated storage and optimised circulation. Tranquility prevailed through careful material and colour choices, allowing key features to shine. The design exceeded client expectations, evolving with their lifestyle and meeting their needs effectively.
