SHH has meticulously renovated this distinguished Grade II listed stucco-fronted house, by preserving all its original features while seamlessly blending historic charm with contemporary luxury. The 7,814 sq ft. residence boasts a prime location overlooking the Lords Cricket Grounds and is steeped in history, dating back to 1846 when it was associated with the political economist Thomas Sharpe Smith. Later, it became the residence of Woodrow Wyatt, a notable Labour MP and journalist who hosted several dinners attended by Margaret Thatcher.
