DV Architects were commissioned by JD Wetherspoon to provide Interior/Architecture & Project management services from feasibility to completion, to convert a Gentleman's Club to a Public House, that had all the fundamental qualities of a traditional London pub. JD Wetherspoon are a household name in the pub industry and DV Architects were required to link the pubs/local history, whilst keeping a traditional pub feel. They took the building back to shell, creating a split level customer area to the ground floor, with a small bar. Installing wood panelling and tiled feature walls all inspired by Captain Flinders & Euston Train Station.
