Set within the storied environs of Tangshan, a city famed as the "Northern Porcelain Capital," this project deftly weaves into its design elements of national intangible cultural heritage such as shadow puppetry, Pingju opera, and Leting drum. With painstaking attention to detail, Guomao Mansion establishes a new exemplar in the "mansion" series, aspiring to embody the epitome of "contemporary oriental" and "cultural living," thereby elevating the standards for premium residential living.
