It is a service institution established by the Shanghai Hongqiao Administration Committee in response to the national "Going-Global" policy. Its services target two main groups: Chinese enterprises seeking overseas development opportunities and foreigners coming to work and live in China.The design philosophy emphasizes creating a warm, comfortable, and welcoming service space, highlighting the importance of public sharing and social interaction. It aims to establish an open, transparent, and fair overseas development service platform for the Chinese government.
