The Upper West Side Condos, designed by II BY IV DESIGN, embodies a vision of quiet luxury and urban sophistication within the serene landscape of a neighbouring town just outside of the bustling core of Toronto, Ontario. Situated amidst picturesque farmland and expansive countryside, the project aimed to seamlessly integrate elements of its natural surroundings into its design while offering residents a contemporary living experience. The objectives were clear: to create elegant residential spaces that also fostered a sense of community and well-being.
