ARVI Design crafted the Shanghai Xintiandi Lakeville V Luxury Penthouse, blending Shanghai's historical elegance with modern luxury in a 361 sqm space. Addressing the challenge of harmonizing curvilinear designs with Taiping Lake's scenery, they utilized BIM technology for a seamless fusion of complex systems, maintaining aesthetic and functional harmony. This project not only overcomes urban living challenges but also celebrates Shanghai's heritage, creating a home that radiates warmth and history.
