AIYA bureau designed a spacious apartment for a family that prioritizes spending quality time at home. With considerations for remote work, entertaining guests, relaxation, and plans for future children the layout was created. The planning solution comprises the airy common zone with kitchen and living room, cabinet isolated by glass partitions, and the master-bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. The muted tones, marbled porcelain stoneware, wood, metal, glass, and natural textiles created a warm, yet elegant ambience. Geometry, clear forms, lines, scales, proportions, and the perfect composition provides a serene feeling which was the main goal for the owners.
