Located in Guanzhong Plain, the millennia-old Xi 'an was once the capital of over ten dynasties. Ten dynasties, such as Zhou, Qin, Han and Tang. Over thousands of years of historical development, Xi 'an formed the earliest palace cuisine, giving Shaanxi cuisine a long history. The design team focuses on the city’s history and also its future. The creative mix of classical and modern can be seen in the private banquets in Xi 'an.
