This 2927m2 extension to the existing PepsiCo Research and Development Office and Lab building in Cork provided a new opportunity for PepsiCo. The brief was to create a relaxed, less corporate atmosphere incorporating new ways of working with chill out areas, call rooms and mixed use, flexible meeting rooms. The ground floor provides a large double height and double aspect reception area with waiting areas. The 1st floor accommodates a large break out area that overlooks reception, along with open plan offices, meeting rooms, call rooms, a digital lab and cafe.The soft industrial scheme was warmly embraced by employees.
