A three-floor beach penthouse in El Gouna, Egypt, was handed over core and shell. The client, a family of four who love to entertain, requested a design that ensures a seamless connection between the first-floor main kitchen and the rooftop entertainment area. The design needed to capitalize on the stunning Red Sea views, celebrate local scenery and craftsmanship, and be suitable for year-round use. Emphasizing luxury and functionality, the redesigned penthouse had to balance distinct private, communal, and entertainment spaces tailored to each family member and their friends.
