All project descriptions are provided by SBID Awards entrants.
The Hakone Yusen SORAKAZE was born from the concept of a "green park floating on Lake Ashi, Hakone." The name " Hakone Yusen SORAKAZE" was chosen to express the desire for passengers to enjoy a trip around Lake Ashi, Hakone, surrounded by the vast natural scenery of Mt. Fuji and other mountains, as one with the sky and wind. The Hakone Yusen SORAKAZE is a boat that allows you to enjoy the scenery of Hakone and Lake Ashi, which shows different faces with each season. ICHIBANSEN was commissioned to design for SORAKAZE.
