7. Office Design Over 2,000 SqM

This category is dedicated exclusively to office design with a total space over 2,000 SqM. The entry should reflect how the concept creates a pleasant, efficient workspace and meets the needs of both the client and the employees who work in the space.

CGIs are not allowed in this category and only real images should be submitted (all CGIs should be submitted into the CGI & Visualisation category).

8. Office Design Under 2,000 SqM

This category is dedicated exclusively to office design with a total space under 2,000 SqM. The entry should reflect how the concept creates a pleasant, efficient workspace and meets the needs of both the client and the employees who work in the space.

9. Property Development Asia Pacific

This category is exclusively dedicated to properties located in the Asia-Pacific region. Projects can include Residential Developments; Development Sales Centres or buildings that market newly built apartments and mixed-use developments. Projects can be a complete refurbishment or just the public areas within these buildings.

CGIs are not allowed in this category and only real images should be submitted (all CGIs should be submitted into the CGI & Visualisation category).

10. Public Space

This category is dedicated to all interiors of public spaces created as a service for the community, such as airports, libraries, schools, museums, universities and religious buildings. Projects can be complete refurbishments or smaller commissions within these buildings.

CGIs are not allowed in this category and only real images should be submitted (all CGIs should be submitted into the CGI & Visualisation category).

11. Residential Apartment Over £1M

This is the premium category of residential interior design for an apartment. It focuses on design trends and the wow factor of residential projects with an overall value of over £1 Million. Projects can include a single room, several rooms, or an entire apartment.

CGIs are not allowed in this category and only real images should be submitted (all CGIs should be submitted into the CGI & Visualisation category).

12. Residential Apartment Under £1M

This category focuses on interior design projects with an overall value of under £1 Million, and recognises not only the achievement for the budget but also functionality and aesthetics. Projects can include a single room, several rooms, or a whole apartment.

CGIs are not allowed in this category and only real images should be submitted (all CGIs should be submitted into the CGI & Visualisation category).

13. Residential Budget Up To £50k

This category is specifically for projects that have delivered the best interior design solutions to meet the client’s brief for the budget available up to £50,000. Projects can include a single room; several rooms or an entire house/apartment.

14. Residential House Over £1M

This is the premium category of residential interior design for a private home. It focuses on design trends and the wow factor of residential projects with an overall value of over £1 Million. Projects can include a single room, several rooms, or a whole house.

15. Residential House Under £1M

16. Restaurant Design

This category is solely for restaurant interior design projects. Judges will take into account functionality, compliance and fit-for-purpose design. This category also includes pop-up and temporary restaurants or cafes.

17. Retail Design

This category covers all commercial interiors created for retail outlets including shopping centres, shops, showrooms, pop-up shops and art galleries. Projects can be a complete refurbishment or smaller commissions within these buildings.

18. Show Flats & Developments 

This category is for marketing suites, show homes and mixed use developments, focusing on functionality, aesthetic and the ability to translate the developer’s vision and engage the customer. Projects can be a complete refurbishment or just the public areas within these buildings.

19. Ultra-Luxury Residential Property

This exclusive category represents the pinnacle of residential interior design, tailored for properties with a property value of £10 Million or more. Entrants are expected to deliver projects with a pronounced ‘wow factor,’ showcasing the epitome of super luxury interior design. Both apartments and houses are accepted in this category.
