Arise at Riverside

Arise at Riverside is an open-concept, multi-functional amenity space, merged with urban aesthetic, brought to life by Haven Design Studio for client Alliance Residential. The eclectic ambiance and unique character of Austin are reflected with flair in this community of vibrance and culture.

Haven Design Studio’s approach to open amenity areas use its full potential while providing intimate dramatically lit nooks for private conversation and co-working. Among the many unique features is the mailroom which functions as a conference area with a modern library feel. HDS designed this unique space to motivate and encourage communication and collaboration. The use of photography, featuring local graffiti murals and iconic Austin locations gives the feeling of vitality throughout. The classic black and white colour palette, made modern with the pop of Kelly Green, compliment the natural leather elements grounding the spaces in perfect harmony. Haven Design Studio brought the fun in function.
