Claremont were approached by Shoosmiths London to create an inspiring workplace, with a contemporary, architectural and edgy design aesthetic that would stand the test of time. The brief called for an agile workspace that supported greater collaborative working and offer flexibility for the future. Creating a feeling of space was very important, as was delivering an impressive welcome and enhanced journey for visitors as they move from reception to the client space. Incredible attention to detail is evident in every design decision, real thought has been applied to the whole experience from the touch of finishes, to how spaces are lit, the choice of spaces and amenities on offer and the available views. The use of strong architectural elements such as the additional staircases, show the breadth of Claremont’s problem solving ability to make a neglected and unloved building ideal, offering the high profile, impressive, flexible space Shoosmiths was looking for.
