The MATITA modular system opens up to endless possible combinations with different materials, installations and finishes.
MATITA is the original system used as floor and wall cladding designed by Fabio Brotto and architect-designer Fabio Rotella to enhance the strengths of Foglie d’Oro, introducing an extremely versatile product which can combine different materials – wood, marble, metals – in creative colour combinations. Its modular nature allows for nearly infinite combinational possibilities, tailored to the most different styles and environments thanks to the extraordinary know-how with which the technical team at Foglie d’Oro develops and produces architect Rotella’s creative ideas. Proposed in the three precious essences of American Walnut, European Walnut and Oak, the five basic MATITA styles include elegant inserts and profiles in burnished brass, Carrara marble, black Marquinia marble, maple wood and wenge: a juxtaposition of materials creating patterns ranging from clean and essential to deliberately extravagant. The result different and unique every time, confirming Foglie d’Oro’s ability to make wood the protagonist of tailor-made custom spaces.
