Belgravia Apartment

Harriet Hughes Interior Design created this hotel-chic luxury bathroom for an apartment in Belgravia. The idea here was to emulate a 5 star hotel, using the most prestigious marble and products on the market.

Using a single Calcatta Oro marble block to create the unique timepiece vanity unit and sink, paired with the best book matched Calcatta Gold porcelain slabs on the shower walls and floor, they were able to create a consistent scheme throughout the space. Continuing the gold theme, Harriet Hughes and her team used warm champagne and brass tones throughout the rest of the bathroom, using brass taps and a luxurious polished brass Drummonds Bathrooms shower head, centralised on to the book match.

The bathroom storage solution was a recessed, mother of pearl unit with brass trims running around, since the statement vanity had to compromise beauty for a lack of storage.
