SHH was invited to restore a historic Grade II Listed residential building in London’s Kensington. The aim was to preserve the historic value of the main dwelling and to reconstruct the existing mews house located at the rear of the site.
SHH created CGIs that reinforce the contrast between the historic and modern side of the property. A glass link runs along the existing ground floor terrace to form a modern orangery and creates a seamless transition between the two volumes.
