They are fully focused on the functional and technological needs of the business executive. Nothing is superfluous. The finesse and thoroughness of the design equate to the values associated with the yacht and executive jet interiors. The scheme is a refined piece of hotel design expertise and an exploration of how to imaginatively utilise unproductive space.

To counter the typical guest room entrance of a narrow neck, these basement rooms pleasantly and unexpectedly open as a generous expansive space. With a calm and coordinated London-inspired colour palette so as not to overwhelm the eye, the scheme dispels any sense of claustrophobia.
