The Corporate Operations Center project designed for the HDI Company located in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico; It is based on the “Campus” concept, with premises such as horizontality and open spaces. Based on this criterion, 4 volumes were placed around a Central Plaza.
The primary design criteria to achieve the intentions of appropriation of outdoor space by employees are: the Hierarchy that is conferred on the open space, which in reference to parking, is at a higher level; as well as the natural elements that this Central Plaza contains, such as the Artificial Lake, Vegetation, Workplaces outside, an outdoor Forum, Green Islands, Contemplation and Reading Zones.
The new corporate for HDI will offer quality spaces, both outside and inside, that contribute to the well-being and productivity of users.
