Deloitte Waterfall

Global professional services giant Deloitte’s new African headquarters is located in Waterfall City, Johannesburg. As a single tenant facility of 42,500 sqm, this fully digital, connected, “Smart” and sustainable green building has been designed to enable a dramatic cultural shift for this progressive organisation. The interior design aesthetic has been conceptualised to create a distinct and identifiable Deloitte brand experience through the extensive and deliberate use of their primary and secondary brand colours – represented as dramatic cascade of colour through the 6 workspace levels. Balanced with warm timbers and the extensive use of planting, a natural and inviting indoor environment has been created. Functionally, the atrium edge has been activated through the incorporation of an agile and task-based workspace corridor, affectionately known as the “race track” to enable new and flexible working practices. The ground floor completes the open, welcoming and lifestyle focused experience for all building inhabitants.
