East Wick & Sweetwater Marketing Suite

Located on the border of Hackney Wick and Stratford, the EWS Marketing Suite which Spot This Space designed and fitted-out, aimed to not just be a sales hub for the scheme, but also a taste of the new community that the development would bring.

The project was split into 2 sections, one being a cafe and social area, which then linked to the sales and development space via a bold, portal-like corridor. Taking inspiration from the surrounding Hackney Wick artists, the waterways, the green leafy Olympic park and the rich history of the old sweet factory & oil refinery, helped to influence the interior design.

Bespoke and reused materials such as reclaimed pallets as ceiling decor, or old corrugated sheets of metal as media feature walls all come together in an explosion of originality. A statement that East Wick & Sweetwater had arrived and the marketing suite was a taster for things to come.
