Nicola Burt Interior Design was engaged to inject a new lease of life into a residential principal bedroom which had not been updated for over a decade. The property was built in the Edwardian era and the client was keen to have this reflected in the design, as well as creating a comfortable, luxurious sanctuary. A grown-up, quirky, slightly English-eccentric feel was desired, which we achieved through the use of original antique furniture pieces, quirky lighting, and a colour scheme of smoky blues and warm reds, with pops of teal and mustard. The client is thrilled with the results.
