Villa Niko

The clients dreamed of a Spanish-style home with classic elements in a modern twist.
On the territory of 4000 sq.m there is a two-storey house with a basement, a spa area and an outdoor pool, as well as a separate barbecue area and a relaxation area on the territory.
The house is built from environmentally friendly, modern materials. The decoration used several types of natural marble, natural wood, glass and natural stone. Firms Gessi, Catalano, Polifor, Freifrau, Flos, Bossi, Vimar were chosen to complete the facility, as well as furniture and decor elements were made according to the architect’s sketches.
The house has a solar panel system and full autonomy. Under the stairs there is a space with tropical plants using phyto lamps. In the living area there is a place for a wine room with a cooling system.
