This project demonstrates a wonderful design and a great spatial rearrangement of a 35-year-old house with darkness, narrowness and a poor flow in the space. The non-structural wall between the loft and the dining room is removed to achieve better flow and visual connection. The bedrooms are moved to the end of the flow for adequate ventilation and daylight. The three bathrooms are placed together at the center of the floor. These changes result in a bright and liberated house.
