Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao Reformation

The project was reformed and renovated by InterScape Interior Design. Previously the Hilton Yuanyi Shanghai located in Gubei, Hongqiao, it has been open for over a decade. Having been in use for many years, many facilities and arrangements of the hotel were outdated. With limited budget, the core of the design thinking was to integrate a modern urban style and up-to-date consumption trends.

Over the years, InterScape has accumulated a rich experience through their “global perspectives, local practices.” With the mindset of both party A and B, they provide adaptive solutions for cost control and operation logic of business hotels. Therefore in this reformation-renovation case, the design was not limited by budget, but exceeded the expectation of both investors and users, and helped realise business returns with high-quality spatial design. After the reformation, Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao presents both the classics and the modernity of Shanghai with full expressions.
